General Terms and Conditions of Sale


These Conditions regulate the use of the mentioned sites and the contract that binds us, hereinafter LXLingerie.com, and you, the user, in relation to the products and services offered through these websites. Please read these Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order through it. You are aware of being bound by these Conditions, so if you do not agree with all the Conditions, you should not place any order.

I. Ordering Methods, Prices, and Product Information

Ordering Methods

Users have the possibility to configure all their orders from the website of LXLingerie.com. Payment is made through the secure payment platform of the provider (Stripe). We share the Stripe payment portal with other websites in our group.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept payments with bank cards (credit and debit) and other payment methods available through our secure platform. Cash on delivery payment is available only for shipments within Spain. When it is not possible to fulfill this payment method, cash on delivery orders will be automatically canceled by us.

Each user of LXLingerie.com declares to have full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products related to our website. In addition, the user declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction.

Prices and Product Information

All taxes are included in the prices of our products. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the items in the order and the destination. There may be free shipping options depending on the order amount, check during the checkout process.

LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSING: To ensure the fastest delivery times, LXLingerie.com operates with distributed logistics centers located in Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States. Your order will be automatically processed and shipped from the warehouse closest to your location that has the item in stock. This allows us to optimize delivery times and reduce the carbon footprint of our shipments.

TARIFFS AND CUSTOMS DUTIES: The customer is solely responsible for knowing and complying with all customs regulations, import tariffs, taxes, and fees applicable in their destination country before placing an order. LXLingerie.com is not responsible for any customs duty, import tax, or additional fee that may be imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. All these charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the corresponding authorities or courier service at the time of delivery. If the customer rejects the package due to these costs, no refund will be made and the customer will be responsible for return costs and any other associated expenses. Non-payment of these charges may result in the return or abandonment of the package at the customer's expense.

COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL REGULATIONS: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased products comply with local regulations in their country, including but not limited to import restrictions or specific regulations for textile and apparel products. LXLingerie.com is not responsible for packages retained, confiscated, or returned due to non-compliance with such local regulations.

LXLingerie.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products and delivery services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration (subject to product or delivery service availability).

By making a purchase at LXLingerie.com, the user or customer declares to have read and understood all information related to the purchased products. This information is found on the product page and includes a general description of the item, fabric composition, care instructions, and sizing details. Product characteristics and conditions are established by the manufacturer and can be found in the original labels and packaging that accompany the products.

II. Availability

LXLingerie.com will do everything possible to fulfill all customer orders.

In case of product unavailability after placing an order, the customer will be informed by email of the cancellation. LXLingerie.com will inform the customer, who may choose to wait for stock availability (if applicable) or receive a full refund.

The speed of refund to the customer's bank account will depend on the payment platform, the type of bank card, and the conditions of each bank. These timeframes are specified again in the "Shipping and Delivery" section.

III. User Obligations

The User commits to comply with these Conditions of LXLingerie.com.

Users are completely responsible for access and use of the website and its contents, subject to current legislation, as well as to the principles of good faith and public order.

In addition, the User commits not to disseminate, store, or disclose inappropriate or illegal content, material, or information from the website, including, but not limited to, threatening, defamatory, or morally offensive content.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT COMPLIANCE: The customer is responsible for ensuring that all ordered products are legal to import and possess in their destination country. The customer must be familiar with local customs regulations and import restrictions before placing an order. LXLingerie.com is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities due to local import restrictions or regulations.

VERIFICATION COOPERATION: The User commits to cooperate fully with any identity or order verification process initiated by LXLingerie.com, including providing requested documentation and responding to verification contacts within specified timeframes.

III-BIS. Customer Verification Requirements

IDENTITY VERIFICATION: For any order showing risk indicators, customers may be required to provide:

  • Photo identification matching the billing address
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
  • Cardholder authorization (phone or video call)
  • Additional documentation as deemed necessary

SHIPPING ADDRESS VALIDATION:

  • Shipping addresses must be verifiable and accessible for delivery
  • PO Boxes may require additional verification
  • Business addresses must include company name and contact person
  • Unusual recipient names may trigger additional verification

NON-COMPLIANCE CONSEQUENCES: Failure to provide requested verification will result in:

  • Immediate order cancellation
  • Refund processing (minus processing fees if applicable)
  • Potential account suspension
  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases

IV. Payment

The price of the different products that the User can purchase on LXLingerie.com will always include the corresponding taxes. Shipping costs will be added to the final price (when not free) and the user will be informed about each of the costs in detail at the end of the purchase.

Purchases can be made with bank cards (credit and debit) and other available payment methods. The availability of these payment methods is subject to the discretion of LXLingerie.com at all times.

STOCK VERIFICATION & CHARGE POLICY: To ensure transparency and protect your funds, we operate on a "verify then charge" basis for credit card payments. When you place an order, your bank places a temporary authorization hold on the funds. We only capture the payment (finalize the charge) once our warehouse confirms the physical stock and readiness of your items. This guarantees you are never charged for a product until we are certain it is ready to ship.

Payments are always made through the secure payment platform provider: Stripe. Please consult their website for specific service conditions.

By making a purchase, the user accepts the terms and conditions and privacy policy of our service providers or payment gateways.

IV-BIS. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

FRAUD PREVENTION AND ORDER VERIFICATION: LXLingerie.com reserves the right to verify the identity and authorization of any customer before processing orders. This verification may include, but is not limited to:

  • Phone verification of the cardholder
  • Email confirmation from the registered account
  • Address verification and shipping confirmation
  • Additional identity documentation when deemed necessary

SUSPICIOUS ORDER POLICY: We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or request additional verification for orders that present unusual patterns, including but not limited to:

  • Mismatched billing and shipping information
  • High-risk payment methods or locations
  • Unusual order patterns or amounts
  • Incomplete or suspicious customer information

VERIFICATION TIMEFRAME: Customers must respond to verification requests within reasonable timeframes. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in automatic order cancellation and refund processing.

PROCESSING FEE POLICY: When verification is required, customers will be notified of specific requirements and timeframes. Processing fees may be retained in cases of non-response to verification requests, inability to verify recipient identity or shipping details, order cancellation due to failed verification, or when administrative costs have already been incurred during the verification process. Processing fees cover payment processing, fraud prevention systems, administrative handling, and verification procedures as outlined in our Terms of Service.

CHARGEBACK PROTECTION: By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they are the legitimate cardholder and authorize the transaction. Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior contact with our customer service will be contested with full documentation of the transaction and delivery.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS: LXLingerie.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage of the process if fraud is suspected, without liability for any consequential damages.

V. Security

LXLingerie.com guarantees the protection and security of payments through its payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted to guarantee the security of the customer's banking data.

This means that the data entered is encrypted and transmitted securely to the payment gateway servers, being verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.

Since payment is centralized in Stripe, we do not store any payment data from LXLingerie.com. This is an additional guarantee for the User, as Stripe is a first-level international provider that guarantees a high level of excellence both in the purchase process and in the treatment of data security.

VI. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments from LXLingerie.com are made internationally. The User can verify if their postal address is within the shipping areas by entering their data in the purchase form.

We aim to process orders in a few hours, but allow up to 48h during peak times. It is also possible that during holiday periods or due to other circumstances, unavailabilities may be anticipated, in which case an alert will be displayed with a banner on all pages and orders will remain on hold until resolved.

Once processed, you will normally have your order at home in 2-4 days (depending on the warehouse location and destination).

DISCREET PACKAGING: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS: For international shipments, delivery times may be extended due to customs processing. Packages may be subject to inspection by customs authorities, and additional documentation may be required. Customers are responsible for providing accurate customs declarations and any required documentation. Any delay caused by customs processing is beyond our control and does not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE: By placing an order, the customer commits to accepting delivery at the specified address. Rejection of delivery without valid justification (such as visible damage to packaging) will be considered breach of contract, and standard return policies will not apply. If the customer rejects the package at the time of delivery, they will be responsible for the costs of returning the package to our facilities. No refunds will be processed until the package is received in perfect condition. If the package is not returned or arrives damaged, no refund will be made. The customer will be responsible for all associated costs including shipping, handling, and possible restocking fees.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS: Customers will receive email notifications for order confirmation, processing updates, and shipping with tracking details. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor these communications and be available for delivery.

The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will be sent to the address established by the buyer. Each time an order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email informing them about the dispatch of their products from the warehouse.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

VII. Right of Withdrawal

Customers of LXLingerie.com have the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 calendar days without needing justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 15 calendar days from the day when the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify LXLingerie.com through the contact form or any other explicit means.

VIII. Warranties and Returns

Returns, warranties, and after-sales services in general from LXLingerie.com will be governed by the applicable consumer regulations. Before making any return, the customer must contact LXLingerie.com indicating their order number and explaining their request, accompanying it if possible with photos of the items and/or related defects.

RETURN PERIOD: Customers have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return due to withdrawal.

CONDITIONS FOR VALID RETURN: Lingerie and intimate apparel items may be returned if:

  • Original tags are attached and unremoved
  • Hygienic liner/protective strip is intact and unremoved
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains
  • Item is in its original packaging

Items returned without the hygienic liner, with removed tags, or showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for refund.

SHIPPING COSTS: In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal (change of mind), the customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouses. Conversely, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping error, or warranty claim, the reverse logistics costs will be covered by LXLingerie.com.

RETURN PROCESS: To request a return, the customer must contact LXLingerie.com customer service through the contact form or by email, indicating the order number and reasons for the return. Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

REFUNDS: Products returned in acceptable conditions will generate a refund for the amount paid for the items. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS: For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items with removed hygienic liners or tags
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration
  • Earrings or body jewelry (piercing items)

PROCESSING TIME: Return processing takes 5-10 business days after LXLingerie.com receives the returned item and verifies its condition. Refund time depends on the original payment method and bank processing times.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: Manufacturing defects will be handled as warranty claims. In these cases, shipping and replacement costs will be free of charge for the customer. Our customer service team will assist with replacements or refunds as appropriate.

IX. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The contents related to the LXLingerie.com brand, including domains, logos, designs or documentation, software, computer programs, and any element subject to protection by Intellectual or Industrial Property legislation, are the property of LXLingerie.com or entities that license their use.

LXLingerie.com does not own all registered trademarks and logos of the products displayed on its website. Their use is necessary to indicate the origin of the product, and the User may only use this material in the manner expressly authorized by LXLingerie.com.

X. Liability, Disputes, and Applicable Legislation

It is assumed that the customer or buyer at LXLingerie.com knows the data and characteristics of the purchased products. By making a purchase, the customer declares that:

  • They have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction.
  • They are authorized to use the account, card, or payment method used.
  • They understand and consent to receive the product according to the informed conditions.

  • They are aware and accept responsibility for any customs duty, import tax, or tariff that may apply in their destination country.

FRAUD PREVENTION LIABILITY: LXLingerie.com shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or inconveniences resulting from fraud prevention measures. Customers acknowledge that verification processes are necessary for mutual protection and agree to cooperate fully with such procedures.

Any dispute will be governed by the applicable legislation in the territory where LXLingerie.com operates.
