Refund policy

According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, specifically in sections VII and VIII:


VII. Right of Withdrawal

Customers of LXLingerie.com have the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 calendar days without needing justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 15 calendar days from the day when the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify LXLingerie.com through the contact form or any other explicit means.

VIII. Warranties and Returns

Returns, warranties, and after-sales services in general from LXLingerie.com will be governed by the applicable consumer regulations. Before making any return, the customer must contact LXLingerie.com indicating their order number and explaining their request, accompanying it if possible with photos of the items and/or related defects.

RETURN PERIOD: Customers have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return due to withdrawal.

CONDITIONS FOR VALID RETURN: Lingerie and intimate apparel items may be returned if:

  • Original tags are attached and unremoved
  • Hygienic liner/protective strip is intact and unremoved
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains
  • Item is in its original packaging

Items returned without the hygienic liner, with removed tags, or showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for refund.

SHIPPING COSTS: In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal (change of mind), the customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouses. Conversely, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping error, or warranty claim, the reverse logistics costs will be covered by LXLingerie.com.

RETURN PROCESS: To request a return, the customer must contact LXLingerie.com customer service through the contact form or by email, indicating the order number and reasons for the return. Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

REFUNDS: Products returned in acceptable conditions will generate a refund for the amount paid for the items. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS: For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items with removed hygienic liners or tags
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration
  • Earrings or body jewelry (piercing items)

PROCESSING TIME: Return processing takes 5-10 business days after LXLingerie.com receives the returned item and verifies its condition. Refund time depends on the original payment method and bank processing times.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: Manufacturing defects will be handled as warranty claims. In these cases, shipping and replacement costs will be free of charge for the customer. Our customer service team will assist with replacements or refunds as appropriate.
