Shipping policy
According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, specifically in section VI:
VI. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments from LXLingerie.com are made internationally. The User can verify if their postal address is within the shipping areas by entering their data in the purchase form.
We aim to process orders in a few hours, but allow up to 48h during peak times. It is also possible that during holiday periods or due to other circumstances, unavailabilities may be anticipated, in which case an alert will be displayed with a banner on all pages and orders will remain on hold until resolved.
Once processed, you will normally have your order at home in 2-4 days (depending on the warehouse location and destination).
DISCREET PACKAGING: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS: For international shipments, delivery times may be extended due to customs processing. Packages may be subject to inspection by customs authorities, and additional documentation may be required. Customers are responsible for providing accurate customs declarations and any required documentation. Any delay caused by customs processing is beyond our control and does not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund.
DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE: By placing an order, the customer commits to accepting delivery at the specified address. Rejection of delivery without valid justification (such as visible damage to packaging) will be considered breach of contract, and standard return policies will not apply. If the customer rejects the package at the time of delivery, they will be responsible for the costs of returning the package to our facilities. No refunds will be processed until the package is received in perfect condition. If the package is not returned or arrives damaged, no refund will be made. The customer will be responsible for all associated costs including shipping, handling, and possible restocking fees.
DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS: Customers will receive email notifications for order confirmation, processing updates, and shipping with tracking details. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor these communications and be available for delivery.
The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will be sent to the address established by the buyer. Each time an order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email informing them about the dispatch of their products from the warehouse.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
